I would use botanicare cocogro. Impossible to over water and allows for a lot of oxygen to the roots. For the strain, try northern lights. Good Hardy indica strain. For nutrients I would go organic and amend the soil. If you are not going organic, I would recommend General Hydroponics flora...

No foliar spray. I use FloraNova Bloom. The bottle is almost done so could the nutes have settled making it super concentrated. I do have a spidermite issue that i use Azamax ina fogger to control.
