Hey Macg,its not too late to add a couple of cfls.Just give them at least 2-3 more weeks.when environment is not to par(lighting in this case),it can add some time onto your flowering.Dont worry about leaving them a little longer than expected in flowering,you will see some nice changes in the next few weeks.They will swell up and become firm.
