yo dude. Yeah I'm glad to answer your questions on the grow.
-I did use the 2 CFL's and the 250 Watt during all stages of life for the autos.
-I have not upgraded to a larger light yet, but when i do I am going to get a Digitally Ballasted Light which is a little cooler and more power efficient. Right now, I have my exhaust fan on the lowest setting for 78-82 ranges, but with the 400 or 600 I would just have to keep my fan on a higher setting to keep the temps in that same range. This can take a lot of messing around and watching it to get it dialed in just right.
