Wal-Mart Moneycard does work. You do have to use your SSN and wait for another copy in the mail ~a week. There is a 3 dollar fee to put money on, and another fee for international purchases like 2.5% or something. Just figured I'd update for future lurkers.

One question about BT - my bottle says to reapply after rain but I'm fairly sure I remember reading somewhere that BT is still on the leaves after a rain. What is the truth? I applied BT to my plant yesterday and it rained today pretty hard for two or three hours, is this enough to wash off the BT?

My bottle says to use within 24 hours of mixing.

No, like the 3rd picture in. Look on the outside edges of the leaves, there is yellowing. I didn't know if this was because of natural flowering or some sort of deficiency or what.
