    Anyone like shrooms?

So are you saying that once you get the initial set of spores, you can basically continue to regrow using colonized grain, and not have to mess with ordering spores any more? I'm not sure if that's what your saying, but if it is could you please give more detail on this. Thanks.

Calling all electricians and DIYers: Help me turn this 250w HPS into remote ballast

What do you plan on doing for a cool tube? I've heard you can get a cheap pyrex tube called a bake-a-round that works pretty well

    homemade ph down?

Fresh squeezed lemon juice- easy and organic. Don't use the bottled stuff, it has other preservative chemicals in it and is also weaker than fresh juice.

    Cheap Inline Fans

Ok, if I don't find the reducer, I've got a solution. Going to take this motor: http://www.homedepot.com/Building-Materials-Ceilings-Attics-Ventilation/h_d1/N-5yc1vZ1xr5Zas18/R-100062911/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053 And attach a smaller fan blade and...

    Cheap Inline Fans

First of all, what "physics" are you referring to? It's simple- you decrease the diameter of your flow, and the velocity increases. Yes, you will lose a small amount of flow due to resistance, but I guarantee you it will still be at least 1,000 CFM...give me a formula to back up you're claim...

    Cheap Inline Fans

PC fans are not efficient for cooling an HPS bulb because they're designed to be used in a compact/small space (computer). IF space is not an issue for your fan, you are wasting money on having a design that optimizes space restrictions. I need at least 500CFM, there's no way a computer fan is...

    Cheap Inline Fans

So I was at Home Depot the other day, and happened to stumble across a 12-inch diameter inline garage ventilation fan, rated at 1540 CFM for only 80 bucks, which is a freaking great deal considering an average price for 500-600 CFM CAN fan is a couple hundred dollars. The only problem is I need...

    HP vs LP Aeroponics

Yeah I've tried those, they leak...I've found some more expensive ones that form a really tight seal at the local hardware store. They're a bit pricey but well worth the investment since you only have to buy them once and a leaking reservoir can be quite a pain in the ass.

    HP vs LP Aeroponics

I'd like to do a cost/benefit analysis of High Pressure aka "True" aeroponics versus Low Pressure aeroponics. I am impressed with those of you who are willing to put the time and effort into taking aeroponics to the next level. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing a complete breakdown...

MY True HP Aero Plug&Play Pods

This is some pretty high tech stuff, and I am impressed with those of you who are willing to put the time and effort into taking aeroponics to the next level. I'm wondering if anyone is interested in doing a complete breakdown of all the components needed to build one of these high pressure aero...

    Topping during flowering

This might sound like a noob question, but can you top during the flowering period? I've heard you can top during early flower, but wanted to confirm?
