The big debate. I knopw many ppl have argued about this and I'm just trying to get a perspective/idea for what I would like to use. I am switching to hydro finally after many successfull grows in soil. I have always used the Fox Farm line of nutrients with good success.
What nutrients do you...
I keep my ambient temperatures at 75 degrees with an a/c unit as well as my light having an inline fan running through. Do you think that will be "cool" enough to avoid the slime? The only problem is I bought the 5 gallon containers of the fox farm line so I want to find a way to get rid of them...
I have heard this before. I am doing an aeroponic/DWC system and plan on changing the water every week or two and flushing system with fresh water. Hopefully this will be enough to prevent algea and fungi from growing.
So does anyone else have any comments on Fox Farm nutes in this type of...
Ok I have been growing soil for years now and just set up to nice aeroponic/dwc systems and can't wait to start. For my soil grows I was using the Fox Farms line of nutrients with no problems and moderate results.
I see that for hydro Gorw Big has a special formula. Has anyone used the regular...
i use the whole line of fox farm nutes as well as advanced nutrients ph up and ph down...
i let my tap water sit out for a week b4 using and the ph is usually around 8. i then add my fox farm nutes and about 2-5 drops of ph down to bring the ph level to about 6.5 because i grow in soil
can't say anything about grow big itself.... but i have been using all 3 of their nutrients as well as the 3 solubles collectively and it works wonders.
the only thing is be careful not to over fertilize them, i use half strength and only feed every other water
no i don't let them dry out they are partially submerged in water... ie: bubbler cloner. also i forgot to mention that the water is ph'd to btw 6.3-6.8 because i transplant to soil afterwards.
no body else has any ideas????
Ok so i have a bubbler system set up thats roughly the size of my shoebox. The aquatic bubbler is about 5" and the plastic box is spray painted flat black on the outside. I have a beautiful female mother that i take wonderful 3-5 inch clones from. The temp stays a steady 75 degrees. I use 4 60w...
