the leaves that are burnt won't recover. looks like you have a couple weeks left in flowering still, your harvest is going to be smaller. you did good on the flush there really is nothing else you can do besides waiting it out. btw cinderella man is an awesome movie.

at this point it would do more harm to have the light on rather than off, so you're pretty safe.

Go with CFL's. The normal incandescent light bulbs will not do the job. Go to home depot or lowe's and pick yourself up some 6500K color bulbs (they are marked as daylight). Those will be used for veg. Then for flowering you will need 2700K CFL's (warm white). Lights are your biggest investment...
