Is there a wall in there on the sides? Or are those just fake walls? Try knocking them down for more room.

For a week or so, until they drop their "baby leaves". Then you're going to want a good few more. Three would be good but two would be pushing it.

Take off the UV filter. Quickly go out and buy a CFL bulb, they cost like less than £2. Even a 20w bulb will do for a few seedlings.

I've got some waferboard awfully close to one of my low wattage CFLs. About half an inch away. The waferboard feels real hot after being near the CFL. Probably a stupid question, but is this a fire hazard? :fire: Waferboard:

Buddy, they're as stretched as it gets. What light are you using? They look like they're struggling. Whatever it is, move it much closer to them. If it's CFL, get it right next to the plant. I don't use nutes myself, but what I've heard is that miracle grow is bad.

Long stick in the ground. One of those bamboo type things. Let it run the length of the plant, but that only takes care of the big bud on the top. Typically the lower ones arent a problem. If they are just string them to the stick.

I agree with Amrock. I started indoors myself in soil, I've started doing outdoors now too. It's quite overwhelming even in soil for the first time, you've got to work out when your plants need watering. You can get into a set pattern, but each plant has it owns needs and you need to make sure...

Nah, you see the problem is, usually I used 'old' water that's been left out for 24+ hours. So the chlorine evaporates (along with all the other nasties in tap water). I didn't, I'm worried they've been killed by the chlorine. You guys are saying you've used fresh tap water?

If you starve a plant of water for a few weeks before harvest it increases potency. So before rain is good.

You planning on sexing any this year fdd?
