You think I should buy a ph reader for soil to get a more accurate reading?

Thanks for the feedback. Checked my runoff about 4 days ago and it was 6.2. I'll check it again tommorrow and recalibrate my apera ph meter. Was thinking it might be phosphorus deficiency or cal mag.

Grown in canna coco Day 16 flower. Blue planet nutrients Hlg led lights Ph 6.2 Temps from 75 to 83 Humidity around 60 (dehumidifier is on the way) Noticed some brown/dark spots on some of the leaves.Cal mag? I do add calmag to my res normally. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

They are microscopic white bugs on the top of my Coco, which has been over watered by my wife probably for the last 5 days since I've been out of town. They plants have just sprouted. Here are some pic. They are definetly moving very slowly over the top of my soil. Any idea of what they are?

anyone have any experience with blue planet nutrients? i was looking into the elite series 3 part. Ive been using nuke heads nutrients and i keep getting salt build up while only using a 1/4 strength. been having too flush my plants way to often. Just looking for a good nutrient line.

The ppm of my tap water is 227. Is that bad for growing in soil? i had a conversation with a friend and he said that anything over 200 ppm tap water shouldn't be used for growing. Is there any truth to this statement? thanks.

I have some fox Farms sledgehammer for flushing. Should I use that? Or just flush with reg ph water

was about to flip to flower later this week, but started to notice droopiness, yellowing and some brown spots on 2 of my plants. im using ffof and perlite. 70/30. water is normally ph'd at 6.3. had an overwatering issue early on around week2, but i though i corrected it. is it cal mag deficiency?
