That soil looks awfully dry , looks like u let them dry out for too long and they locked out on ya. Any soil with amendments needs water so plants can take up nutrients . Dont let your plants dry out so much , when u water do u get runoff?

If you are totally worried about it then yes flush then transplant. Either way is fine though, flushin is not necessary though in my opinion.

Put them inside of any airtight container and throw them in the fridge anywheres , best place is crisper and they will last forever!!!!

Thats bullshit , fridge is best place. Put seeds in ziploc container and store in crisper. Easiest and BEST!!
