i'll go with a legit ducting fan for sure. i just did some measuring and if i dont route it around the walls i can cut it down to about 15ft, so it shouldnt be that bad.. hopefully haha.
if i move the tent closer to the ac vent, then it will be farther from window to which i exhaust.. plus the...
Awesome man, thats exactly what I needed to hear.. Only reason I'm running a 600w instead of a 400 was so I could try to keep the 50w/sqft because I'm trying to do a scrog. Live and learn. I'll get this going hopefully this weekend and and hope for the best.
thanks man
Yup exactly man! lol I couldnt wait for winter to get this goin.. and yeah that thing is a sweatbox.
What im going to do first is try to run ducting from our central air to the intake of the tent with a duct fan, most likely 4". Our AC usually runs for the whole period of 12hrs on so i'll try...
I was actually considering that too only thing stopping me is the vent being opposite of the room on the opposite side of the intake of the tent lol. maybe 30ft+ of ducting. but that actually may be the cheapest option.. although i would hate to go that route and then it NOT drop the temps...
thank you. yeah, i actually moved some crap around ( fans really close to the flaps to suck in air and blow up + tray of ice/water) and temps are sitting at 80. not ideal but like you said, maybe a small fan hooked up to the 4" ducting FORCING some cold air in may be able to get back in high...
^^ yeah i shouldnt of taken the pictures with those fans in that spot. they were just clipped and hung out of the way when i was working int here. they are clipped lower to the intake blowing the cold air up
