So I flushed with plain water yesterday, now things are still getting worse. This has all spawned in the past 2 days, what are these brown spots and how do I get rid of it?

Just trying to see what I need, flush or no flush? Add nutes or lay off? I'm just stuck, I don't want to over correct the problem again, but I don't quite know what the problem is exactly!
