do you get feminized seed or do you just grow in hopes you get a female?

Ive desgined a way better set up and went to home depot to check out bulbs.....

Home Depot does carry 40watt bulb, Im a stoner , I dont know what the hell I thought lol, my mistake.
I have 4 lights over my plants. the problem is they are the wrong type of lights. the lighting confuses me, Im trying to look for wattage and color and K's and luminims and blah blah blah so I fucked up.

my plants are 1week and 3 day , some are younger than that. some of them look better than others. Im just gonna ride it out and attempt a 2nd try for a better set up. after all this is done Im going to laugh at myself.

your plant is so beautiful , do you have pictures of it at 1 week old? if so can I see. and also I think I saw your set up, but Ive looked at so much shit on this site, do you have pictures of your set up somewhere I can look at?

sooooooo here is my question to you......

you only havce 2 plants? well what happens when you go to flower and they are both males?
I would rather grow 2 kick ass plants than 6 shitty ones.

but obviously I cant tell if they are male or female .....


what is your advice/opnion on that?/

see my set up is really shitty, thats the problem. I need to hang the CFL lights. right now they are in a lamp just sitting next to the plants. and then I have 2 T5(75watt) hanging above the plants

ps... at home depot the highest wattage I saw for CFL was 23watt which is what I got??
where did you get your 40 watt?

in my opnion the T5 SUCK and I need to go to home depot and get some light fixtures so I can hang the CFL above the plants.

the T5 is literally a grow light from walmart.... I swear the packaging is themed for the begginger grower and suckers you in to buying some shitty ass light.


so from what your saying, I pretty much need 2 lights per plant @ 40watt.

I have 6 plants. Im thinking quality over quanity.... maybe I should have less plants. I just planted, I really didnt know what the hell I was doing. Im just gonna ride it out and see what happens
