It's predominantly citrusy in cured form with that skunk kind of subtleness that is immediately evident but isn't the dominant scent, if that makes sense. This is so weird, I was just thinking about a similar design the other day, using 4" PVC cut into 18" long pieces. My idea was to veg to about 1 foot high, then remove all the lower leaves from the plant, add rooting hormone to the cuts that are made, and bury the roots and the bottom 8 or so...

I've heard it is not good to let roots get light. But then I've seen people's Hempy systems using 2 liters and they seem to grow fine. So how detrimental is it for the roots if they are exposed to light?

I stand corrected. Still, the 42W for me is where it's at. I can put 4 of those over a plant using a Y to 2Y. To get the same from 23s, I'd have to use 8, which means I'm getting too far from the plant or got a bush, both of which aren't ideal for CFLs. As soon as I get the money, I'm going...

My personal opinion is if you want a big light, get an HPS or MH. If you want to do CFLs, use lots of smaller bulbs. Going with the higher powered CFLs defeats the purpose of using them in the first place, because the Lumens your going to get from 2X125W CFL doesn't come close to a 250 HPS...
