How about raising your exhaust port on the side closer to the ceiling of your room (exhaust heat from higher in the room)? I always bring my fresh air from the lower parts of my grow area and get rid of heat up high. It requires less energy to move and keep all the air in the room in motion...

I've heard you can take care of fungus gnats two ways: raising the temp & lowering hunidity AND/OR Use a high grade neem oil, like einsteins, when you water. It's supposed to help the plants fight em off systemicly.

Try pulling some strains that you have pairs off at different times: one when trichs are clearn and another amber. Oh, and dual core bulbs have both the sodium core and the Mercury core, two different light sources within the same bulb.
