Correct but like i said thay 47% that does not pay income taxes still pays other federal taxes once you add gas and other excise taxes (especially the 18.4 cent/gallon gas tax). I bet that 47% shrinks to close to 0%. Thus again I ask did you mean the less you pay the less your vote counts.
