I don't know where you are getting your misinformation. I own 3 silencers and shoot the all the time at the range right next to cops all the time. the only thing I've ever been ask was if they could see my form 4, and I keep a copy of it in my range box and all of my vehicles. Also the state of...
Ok you just showed us you are an idiot... Yes you can buy a silencer for and gun, It's legal to own, and yes even legal to shoot with. As long as you pay the feds $200.00 for a class 3 tax stamp. Hell you can legally own a class 3 full auto weapon. Depending on state laws But OK with the feds as...
I have the same size box for drying buds and i use this fan and filter can't smell a thing. http://www.thehydrosource.com/Fan_Filter_Bundles/4_Inline_Fan_Carbon_Filter_Combo

If you run a good fan and carbon filter and introduce co2 into the room no need to vent the room air, but you will need outside air to cool your light or you will build allot of heat. In my flower room i have an intake duct-ed to my lights then duct-ed to my fan the exhausted out of the room...
Remove the light hangers on your cool tube and use a heavy zip tie to hold your light closer to the mounting point on the tent frame should give you about 4" of more room...
I would put the fan on the other side of the lights not filter>fan>light>light>light>exhaust but filter>light>light>light>fan>exhaust. the lights need negative pressure for the glass to seal properly. other than that looks good
