get back to me on the filter asap.. might want to cancel that filter if u still can if u got the 6" ipower filter.. amazon has a phresh filter for 130 bucks rated at 550 cfm.. lemme do a little more research on it again.. been a little while since ive looked them up

also what filter did u go with? i know phresh filters and can cans are good.. not sure how the ipowers are havent researched them yet however their 6" filter is only rated at 400 cfm and the 6" ipower fan is 440 cfm.. so if anything you would want to go bigger.. i know u already ordered so if u got the 6" doesnt hurt to see i guess.. forgot to mention that to ya.. not sure if the extra 40cfm will make a difference or not..

was also thinking you might want to build a another small area next to the room for either a veg cab or for your mothers.. i dont think your going to have enuf room to house mothers and to veg.. cus u will need a mother for each strain.. so atleast 4 plants.. cld build a box next to it kind of like what i have for my veg plants.. idk up to u.. you will find out more as u go just trying to save u some hassle down the road..

wldnt hurt to bug bomb the inside either before you get anything moved in there..

i guess i forgot u have to rip down to 2' sections anyways but make sure you make that bitch comepltely sealed so you minimze any bug probems and light leaks..

hey was wondering if you were planning on running some drywall on inside walls? i would reccommend it that way you advoid any seams and can caulk the corners/spray foam.. prime and flat white paint and your good to go!

girls are looking much better this run through.. nice and green no light bleaching and the 1 batch of iced g is 4 weeks into flowering tomarrow and showing some very nice buds growing big already.. other batch of c99 is showing pistals and stretching like crazy and accually filled my screen which im shocked! shes 1 week in on wed.. transplanting all my iced g clones tomarrow and taking a bunch of new ones! finally on track! 2 weeks and flowering room will be full! im starting to think about starting all my iced g beans and throwing them all into a system so i can find a keeper pheno! this pheno is outstanding dont get me wrong but i remember a lot diff high last time.. getting anxious to get some other strains going and for your harvest! looks like 7-8 weeks from now were going to have 1 hell of a trim party lol considering we will both be ready for harvest! but in the mean time were only 4 weeks from next harvest lol

if at all possible you should try to do a 4x4 or 4x6(accual flowering area) and do a dtw leaving you 2x4 area to hold a resevoir/small walk space.. then u will have a 4x8 left on one side to use for mothers/extra space.. basically have two 4x8 areas.. you dont need much space to house a handfull of mothers if u scrog them and trim them.. idk lol i just like the designing aspect.. u obvisouly have a better outlook on the area and no what your doing.. just throwin out some suggestions.. more space to move around is nice inside flowering area..

also i would check on lights before making your finaly dimensions of rooms because the hoods are like 23" long which is the way you will want it to spread light evenly.. and thats the hood thats my size.. a xxl hood is bigger and you get better coverage..

also make sure your get an air cooled hood for hps.. i would go with the xxl hood if you can.. make sure to read dimensions.. i ordered ipower from hpsgrowlightstore.com.. i went with the ipower hps and ipower fan.. 600 watt is about 200 bucks... 1000 watt is 250.. no need for mh bulbs i just use hps.. mh is good for veg but is really not needed.. get a digital electronic dimmable ballast..

and holy shit the iced g is some primo!

so i was gone for 2 days and thought i would be fine not burping my jars and i came home yesterday to a tiny bit of mold in 1 of my jars.. only on 2 bigger buds.. thankfully it wasnt bad yet and was able to cut it off and get them dryd out better to help stop it from spreading.. thankfully it was only those 2 buds and no other jars had any mold. but i know now lol live and learn

very nice! have you decided how your going to grow? i would def look into drain to waste if your sticking with soil.. you could even switch to coco for dtw since you will have it set up to water a few times a day and that way they get the nutes they need and you can give them what they need.. up to you.. just make sure you have access to all the plants.. i would not go with anything less than 2 600's.. and i would go with an 8" fan.. to pull inline with both.. you can always dial fan down but better to have more power and they dont cost much more.. that way you will have def no heat issues.. i would also reccomend just ordering a carbon scrubber that matches the cfm rating of your fan.. much more reliable and buy the time you pay for carbon to build your own filter you minase well buy one.. im buying all mine from now on.. not worth the risk of leaks on a do it yourselfer.. excellent start tho!

The flowering area will have just shy of 7' total height!

So Im thinking my flowering area will be 22" x 8'. Im thinking 4 plants all in a row with their own separate screens. Each screen will be 20" x 23", will be room for more growth. What do you think for lights? 2 400's or 2 600's. I will have 5 different circuits to pull from! Will have separate veg/mother/clone area in there too. Might even have room for a drying cab, shelves and sink. Definitely have easy place for draining! Have all access to drain lines and electrical, maybe have water up there too!

So this weekend I got 4 walls, floor, walkway, and framing for ceiling done in attic! If I had 2 more weekends like this attic would be ready to go!

15 quart jars

well first harvest is in the books! all jarred up! iced grapefruit was 5.6 oz (157 grams), laughing buddha was 2 1/4 oz ( 61.5 grams) and c99 was just over 5 oz ( around 140-150 grams) so total was around 12 3/4 oz -13 oz.. not too bad for first scrog through!! will def be able to pull lb to over a lb once dialed in.. and extra 3 oz wont be that hard at all!! omg grapefruit is soo stinky! my head hurts from trimmin her off stems from the smell!

iced grapefruit will be a much better smelling and tasting girl! she has less of a hay smell as the c99 did and smells fruity already.. laughing buddha is sticky as fuck!
