Probably a safe bet. I don't know if you need an electrician to do the work, it is pretty straight forward with a little research. You could install one 50 amp, 220 circuit to your grow room and be done with it. The switch boxes are an excellent way to go as you get 220 for the lights and 110 for your accessories all in one go. The big thing you need to figure out is what is the rating on your main panel. It should say. If you don't have an electric stove or heater than you should be fine with a 100 amp panel.
