Looks good! The stalk looks nice and healthy. Keep it up, and make sure to get some CFL's. They're cheap and effective.

Get a bigger pot, and invest in some CFL bulbs. CFL's are cheap.. I got a set of 4 for about 6 bucks. And a large, 1 gallon pot for 2. Wal-Mart is a blessing. Sunlight isn't cuttin' for you bro, better light, better yield. A bigger pot will let your plant flourish more. If it's got more room...

What kind of lighting do you have on it? How big is the pot you're using?

So we're now 3, 3 and a half weeks in. It's gotten pretty tall, and the stalk is thick and strong. Here are some pictures, and I obviously I don't know the sex yet, because I'm not on 12/12 yet. I'm going to wait another few weeks, then start on 12/12. The plant is starting to smell something...

On a harvest of one plant, bagseed, w/ the system I'm using, and the supplies I've got.. what kind of yield can I expect?

Obviously strains differ in appearance. But if you're using bagseed, is there a way, by looking at the buds, and the leaves to tell how good it is, without using a picture dictionary?

I'm not quite following. Are ya'll saying his plants don't look good after 2 and a half weeks? Why? Whats wrong with them?
