3 days dry time all the jars got little mold white only small places can i cut the mold surface rest be ok ?

guyz...i just finish my flowering 2 weeks ago and i put in the mason glass jars i was airing out everyday i didnt for 3 days now is little mold white stuff on the weed can still be smokable or am i too late to recover?:weed:

i just bought 6lamp t5 54w cf fixture....come with wired ballast but cable coming from ballast is naked not a standard plugin cable? so how i can hook this to electric plug:confused:

are they any good for any thin?
