Bury the net pot?

Thinking about what would happen if someone were to use a net pot soil combo. Sealing the pots all together and releasing a few of the little airsoft CO2 cartridges every few days or so after I feel the roots are established through the net pot. probably a small net pot (0.5gal - 1gal)...

I've been germinating these seeds for about a week now and two of them have cracked. One has cracked shed the shell and is now showing starting leaves but the taproot isn't even a cm long and I've gotten it planted just barely any advice as to get my taproots to grow longer during germination...
