I get the point though.. I guess I better look for a better place to reside.. So the A/C will not exhaust the air out the apartment is what you are saying? It only has to be vented while the light is on. When the light is off I can use a dehumidifier to control humidity.
I understand that, but odor was a bigger concern, if heat is coming out of that room into the rest of the apartment, I can just cool the rest of the apartment down, I just dont want the smell to get out of control, and wanted to keep it contained (the heat also) in that one room.
As stated at first, thats not an option, if I wanted to do that, then it would be just like my setup at my previous place and I wouldn't need any help. I could use the fan thats in the tent and vent that to the window, problem is that would look odd in my area.. no way to disguise that...
I already have a fan like that inside the tent, thats what the carbon filter is attached too, along with the hose. I don't see how 2 of those could help me.
I guess a crack wouldn't hurt as long as the wind blowing in didn't create a light leak. But how is that exhausting the air if it's only open a crack. If I didn't mind the window being open, I would just find a way to put the ventilation hose there some kinda way, but that would be kind of...
I'm not sure what you mean by use a big exhaust fan.. such as the one already in the tent with the filter attached to it? How would I keep the room cool? and no if I could use a a dryer vent then I wouldn't have to ask this question.. the setup has to be in one of the bedrooms, no other kind of...
Figured as long as I could keep the room cool, me opening the door would be enough, that and the scrubbers and fans will circulate all that. What do you suggest without altering the apartment?
I had a small window port open in the basement of my last setup, and that produced nice.. I'm sure in a 2BR apartment when I enter it and have a window cracked somewhere else in the apartment air will get in that way.
