My clones were looking really healthy and growing a lot, but now the leaves are dark green, droppy, and the leaves fold downward making it look really skinny. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Is it overwatering?

Do I need to drill holes in the top box for air to get in?

I read that putting your clones in 10 hours of light and 14 hours, you clone will show sex much faster than 12/12 lighting cycle. Can I try this right after I cut the clones? Or do I have to wait and put the clones in veg. state and let the roots grow out first?
