hey bro... use the hand method for the light in the flower room. Put your hand under it at XX inches and hold it there. If it is hot and you have to move your hand, then that's too close. If it's warm, but doen't hurt to hold it there for 60 seconds then it's ok. You would have to have the light less than 3 inches to get light bleaching.
In the veg room keep that light high above the little ones. Really high. 4" plants could probably take 18" away, but that might be too close... just for a bit until the pants get healthier then 12" or so. The 1" plant might be overwhelmed by the light.. check her often... ifit's to much put her under flouros for just a little bit... a few days.
