how much room do you have between the top of the tallest plant and the bottom of the light when its as high as it can go? maturity wise they look ready to go- height wise would depend on the strain and how much room you have to go before you burn then on the light...

generally I wouldn't reccoment auto's but if you choose its 9-10 weeks is a loose guideline, you can finish a bit faster with smaller harvest or run 11 weeks and squeeze everything you can out of it- this is my first run with autos so thats just based on the hours of reading other peoples...
