Most likely it will be the second option. I will probably have tons more questions about sexing/harvesting once I get further into the grow. Me and my buddy both germinated seeds separately, and he started a couple days before me, so his have already sprouted but mine have yet to sprout...

That really doesn't sound like such a great idea. I'd suggest you find another place to live if you're planning on growing.
