I used M3.5 on my V18s and 29s, it worked OK, but if I remember right it was snug. Not sure M4 would work unless you drilled the hole size a little bit larger (not recommending that).

Those look pretty similar to the Phillips LED bulbs I bought at Home Depot, same shape and about the same lumen/watt (one of the few screw in bulbs I've seen that have > 100 lumen watt). The price looks the same as HD too. I wonder if they are re-branded Phillips bulbs...
