Basically, the easiest way is you have to establish a medical history of chronic pain. Go see a doctor, any doctor, about something that gives you chronic pain. I would personally give it the same formula you've been using for veg, except I use Bud Blood as well in the first week to help my plants start flowering sooner, which most of them start to show pre-flowers within a week, so I think it works pretty well.
