ive got some seedlings growing in rockwool. they are in a turkey pan with a clear plastic lid. every time i try to take them out to put with the rest of my plants they wilt in minutes. one already broke its stem. what should i do???

I built a hydro system. its in a box that is four food long two foot deep and the height is adjustible. my resevuar is outside of the box. in it i have a 150 watt heat bulb, a 4 good flourescent with grow bulbs handing inches above plants, a two foot flourescent with grow bulbs and 2 hanging...

Hey im just starting out with growing weed. I took some agriscience classes in hydroponics in high school so i know all the hydro info just dont know how many square feet i should allot for each plant?? one more question. you guys thing 25 plants is too many for a begginer???
