well if your looking into using all of the space or a good majority of it i would suggest a 1000 watt high pressure sodium light. they can get kinda pricy new 250-350 but you can find them on ebay and craigslist fairly easily. i found mine on craigslist for 120 bucks. yeah the ribs deffinately hurt the most for me n it was my first, i also have my inner bycep and a leg sleeve from the knee down. but id say good place to start cuz then when you get more your like o thats not nearly as bad..
