if you feel the need to fertilize, at this point I use molasses seems to plump the buds some and it is organic. I grow in soil I know molasses can cause issues in hydro, but it is good for finishing a plant.

yes you can. Watch out if you have a grow going inside would suck to have some pests (spider mites,fungus gnats, etc.) come in with the plant. Aside from that issue I see no reason you cant. Unless they are in the ground may be an issue
