Hey Its Jeffdogg's grow journal!!

Hey there , welcome to my first LED grow. Its actually gonna be the first in a 3+ grow part series. So heres hows its gonna go. I'm doing it this way to test different "variables" I
guess you could say to how well these LED's perform. The first grow in this series I'll be growing 5x Barneys Farm bluecheese, 5x Barneys Farm Sweet Tooth auto, 1x Barneys Farm Acapulco
Gold and 1x DNA Genetics Chocolope Kush.

I'm gonna veg 20/4 for 3-4 weeks so the photo's can get a little age/growth and also so the beneficials can start to do their thang. Then i'm gonna initiate flower, now i've been
contemplating this. I can either keep the light schedule at 20/4 and see if i can make a divider in the room so I can "shade" the photo's so the Auto's can get plenty of light. Or
just go 12/12 and see what these lights can do with the Auto's (going with the 12/12 ). Like I said i want to see variables not the usual testing (to those who have their own tests know what im saying lol).
Oh yeah there were 2 other strains!

The Chocolope Kush and Acapulco Gold, well they are gonna veg for 3 weeks with the other ladies then i'm gonna take them to a special room for the time being and they are gonna become
mother plants for the second installment of my series. CLONES!! come on we gotta do a clone run and these are 2 kick ass strains. I'm excited about the Chocolope kush I hope it will have
more of the Chocolate Thai pheno then the Kosher Kush. Either way its a winner so its cool

I'll be watching as I want to see how that Chocolope Kush turns out. Btw nice choice for nute's you won't be disappointed.

I'm going to be getting an led panel myself for this grow I'm in (just started about 5 days ago) so I'm interested in how this turns out.

How many watts is that panel?

Indeed Ive used AN for years way back when you would get flamed just for mentioning their name lol. I have some Voodoo Juice Piranha, Bud Candy, and Bud Ignitor on the way to go along with the 3 part. Also getting more airpots I only have a few, was thinking of seeing how well the auto's do in the 2 gallon equivalent. Have a couple 3 gallon eq.'s wanna get some more for the photo's. Gonna be a good run with these LED's, these are nice lights

I haven't tried the PH perfect line yet I just use jj g,m,b. And(I haven't used it yet)Bud candy. Expensive shit but the results are well worth it. Have you tried Kushie Kush yet? I was thinking of getting it as well as I only grow kush.

Those are very bright panels.

This made me wanna get Kushie kush even more but i have not yet. And you get what you put into the plant AN is top notch in my book never strayed since i tried them, even a fan of urbangrower lol

The PH perfect is awesome, I live in an area where my tap is 7.8 add PH perfect with w/e additives and its perfect everytime i dont check PH nomore. i know a lot of people dont check or say they dont but I do with my water.

Yeah those panels are serious, they dont use lens' pretty cool tech should check out those panels, the 305's are not listed atm though but all have the same tech in the series.

Ahhh yes the mountain of bud on the coffee table I have seen that one many times. I got six kush going right now areoponic style. I wonder If I'll get such yields.
Ya I don't think I'll try anything else like I said expensive but you see were the money went when you harvest.
I'm not a big fan of led's as I think they still got a long way to go but I have seen some very nice grows as of late. My big bitch about led's is the cost.
It's to bad we can't get any freebee's for mentioning AN in our posts lol.
Like I said I will keep an I on your grow really interested in how well that kush turns out for you.

ah, 305w huh? thats a bad*** you got there. i have seen and would like to try the one you have, with the recessed leds into the unit, making a cone reflector. man, leds are making their footprint. they come oout with better stuff all the time! im excited to see how this goes!

Plz join , and just a small update for the Chocolope kush followers, she was the first of the 12 to break ground. Already dominating,not sure if you guys know but in Dec last year High Times dubbed Chocolope Kush the "New World Champion" Will take a few pics even though only one broke ground so far ;P

Wow so much has happened since earlier when I checked on them and only the Chocolope Kush was above ground and they are well on their way. By the looks of it i'm 8/12 above ground possibly 9

Small update,
Mother nature can be cruel sometimes, 1 BC and 1 AST has yet to crack, i might put them back in water. The rest are doing fine and the pre-test seed i'm using to see how far away to keep the lights is doing well and growing green Still has the bleached parts but not getting the damage anymore. I'm gonna be taking some pics here soon the Chocolope Kush is looking nice, thats gonna be one tough plant to beat! I wanted to try to harden them off a little but its been rainy and crap around here . They'll be fine though they are going in bigger pots tomorrow, mainly because of the Auto's.

Got some Voodoo Juice, Piranha, Tarantula, and Bud Candy otw

For growing medium i'm using:

Peat moss
Perlite
Dolomite lime

(I dont measure it out, just go with it )
