dankmango tries a hempy perpetual

Hey everyone, this is the beginning of a perpetual/SoG. Made a switch to hempy and its sweet. I have been clonin and flowering to find the right size I want to work with and what not, which is my perpetual grow. I am working on getting enough up to fill my room twice over, running it 24 hours a day and switching the girls between a dark room and the grow room.

Ingredients:
2 600 watt hps
1 6" 454 cfm inline
1 decent sized standing fan
50 1.25 gal easter buckets (30 cents each at walmart!)
1 big bag of foxfarm big chunk perlite
2 left over bags of mg perlite from soil grows
1 4x4 foot grow room made from drywall n metal tape. hehe
Foxfarm nutes and solubles (thanks to htg for the free solubles, i really didnt have the cash for all 3 of those. HTG customer for life.)
ducting, gallons of nute solution in the fridge, n a loud bedroom thats hard to sleep in now.

1 super lemon haze, fruity skunk 1 pheno, hazey skunk 1 pheno, random seedlings from mixing skunk 1 with mango, orange and super thai to help get my buckets filled up. like this:
1 super lemon haze- 2.5 weeks old from seed
2 fruity skunk 1- 5 inches tall from clone
4 hazey skunk 1- 5 inches tall from clone
12 mix seedlings- 1 week old after germ
4 hazey skunk 1- flowering at diff levels so I have buds soon for me while I veg
26 clones of skunk-taken 2 weeks ago.
catnip and garlic to sastify my cat's urge to eat plants cause she loves chillin under the lights and she cant eat my plants.

Pics of room now. I want the buckets filled the way it is with the 2 in it, but with only 1 them. the single small one is my SLH. anybody know what nutes my catnip n garlic want? I just give them left overs from my gallon jugs so they get veg ones n flowering ones randomly n are still alive.
Goal is a zipper per bucket, which is why I have the diff sized ones in flower to find out when to make the switch n so I can get high. Ill take some bud shots of the one that is about 4 weeks in n try to update when I can. advice is welcome, but know I have no money and cant really change much but my feeding schedule. haha enjoy. o and to make my inline fan quiet I just cut holes in a cardboard box, put the ducting through, set the fan inside and filled it with pillows and it works fine, I dont ever leave so I check to make sure its not on fire, but it never gets that hot anyways so its not as dumb as it seems.

some bud shots, she just started week 4, more clones and a shot from the ground to really show all my space that needs to be filled. I am continuing to flower one a week and taking at least 2 clones from each one going in until I can fill it up and get at least a oz per girl that finishes. 24 hours a day lets me have 50 buckets under the 2 600's in a 4x4 room for tighter buds, as well as forcing me to pick up everyone every day. the dark room is also really cold compared to everywhere else so they like it

looks like a good start man. takes awhile to get ur plant numbers up. you deffinitely got enuf light for the area. you could actually light up a 6 by 8 area very well with those lights. if you get to 'upgrading' you might come across a couple of 4' foot 2 bulb flourescent fixtures with 6400k bulbs for clone and veg. This would allow a perpetual setup while still using both 600's for flowering. Up to 4 flourescent fixtures would be quite usefull.

I have 2 two foot t5's but whenever I have extra room I use the hps's for the amazing growth that floro's cant touch. but when no room Ill start using them for clones.
I just clone in soil, bought an aero clone a while ago but cups of dirt are my favorite and easiest, I dont even put anything over them ever and I havent lost any clones in a while.

I always have had these spots, every grow, dwc, soil, aero, and now hempy also. I always say its Mg deff. and get some epsom salt. I also don't adjust my ph. I start with RO that is at like 6.0 and add fox farm trios, solubles and the og ones (growbig, big bloom etc.) its worse in veg than during flowering, but always around. twisting leaves and hardcore rust spots. HTG by me says that big bloom messes with ph, and to only folair feed with it. I have been too lazy though and use it anyways.these from no Mg or from ph fluctuation?

hmmm,its hard to tell. where did you get your buckets from?were they ever used for somethin else. ns. lookin settup . gonna subscribe to your thread ,,

they came from walmart, after easter they were only 30 cents, I washed them with bleach n rinsed them well. I wish i didnt have those white door looking things in there, they are closet doors that I broke pieces out of to put a 2x4 across to hang my lights. i ran out of money and my concrete drill broke, they dont take up that much room though. heres some pics of that and the two in one bucket, they started throwin some flowers today.

Oooh yeah, Perlite!!! I always add a splash of cal-mag+ into my mixture and it seems to get the brown out

yea sounds good,,if its coming off the bottom leaves and not slowing the process,i wouldnt worry about it.bottom leaves die off first,so i think thier amazing ingly healthy.i've grown large buds and the leavs fell of before it finished,got amazing weight.as long as it doesnt spread around .wow two in one,see how that story ends.lol.looks g ood.real healthy.

thanks for comin by. I didnt folair with the Mg cause I dont want to take them out of the hps, but I watered new solutions with epsom salt to whoever had bad spots if they could take more water, but only 1/2 tsp per gallon, afraid of adding too much like i have in the past. I like that font better, but its too hard to remember to change it. screw it ill use this one, that one looked a like a girl typed it anyways. I am tryin to help the hempy revolution! spreadin the word about how easy it is. its like hydro but without using anymore eletricity! i hate paying bills. bout to move to vermont n get a double wide. maybe I can get so far away from everyone I can be self sufficient with eletric n most of my food

those two in one are twin sisters, my hazey pheno skunk so I don have any problems, they use the same nutrients just like any hydro setup full of clones. they are sweet though cause they are more sative than the fruity skunk, but finish like 1 or 2 weeks earlier than it. they throw flowers and swell to maturity, not like others that throw flowers, swell, throw more flowers, swell, then finish. and it smells like a skunks vag or something, straight nasty.
