making burgers tonight. from scratch my own chilli version fine shred shallots and hot pepper seeds with steak house pepper in the mix

Sounds awsome don gin an ton. You must really be a cowboy like your avatar cause you have a cowboy style of cooking. I have two cowboy hats but i dont wear them that often since i moved away from the farm. It was so nice to always have grass fed beef and fresh orange yolked farm eggs around. I will own a farm when i retire

Man getting well fed free range eggs is hard in the uk. Or they cost a fortune, me n my lady are talking about rescuing some caged ones and getting an eggloo for the garden.

My cowboy ways are just using what I have to get done what needs lol. My gf insisted on a tin opener instead of my usual MO. A 12" throwing knife. Bless her she wasn't strong enough to pry it.

Get the eggloo, it will make her happy. I raised chickens from chicks the size of golf balls. They developed their own personalities, it was so cool. Just remember they eat alot of grass and they get into the garden and eat everything. I got five and should have only got one or two max

I dont make the whole meal often as my kids are so picky lol.

Fast food and lots of beer.
Been on a tuna noodle casserole kick the last week. Made a couple variations from the ol 1976 Betty Crocker's. Added raw asparagus, peas and omitted the butter a couple times. Think Ill start a thread with the recipe next time I give her a go. Want to try it with spinach noodles.
