Cheese quake is just blowing me away right now... I am so flat out impressed with it overall as of now without even smoking it yet, I still havent even harvested any of it yet, they are still packing on weight in the last days like crazy and 2 of the 3 phenos I have going which are on their last days literally (the 3rd is a little over halfway done) are staked and tied, the actual top 2-3 inches of bud tops are starting to lean... On top of packing on insane weight they smell SOOOOOOO dank I cant cover the smell up with 2 6" carbon filters, literally like 20 different odor control products cant cover this shit up... Granted its about time I changed the activated carbon in my filters but between 2 of them it should cover it up, but not at all... I think Ima keep these for awhile....
I started with 3 strains this round and I honestly think the only ones that are going to make it are all the cheese quakes, I have 1 space dawg and 1 ace that I'm gonna grow a second time because I can definitely do better on a second attempt but all 3 of the CQ's are looking like absolute keepers, one is kinda finicky and I havent quite figured her out yet, but shes the one that smells a bit like cherry and grape so I'm hoping she works out, I think this is the one sub warns everyone about adding SS before flipping so hopefully that works for me next round with that one.... But I cant wait to see how yours turns out in a scrog... I may have to give the cq a try with the scrog... I can only imagine how it would yield looking at mine in 5 gal pots topped into a couple heads...

I've made a 2x2 scrog screen to go in the corner of my 4x4 tent. Since my tent is for flowering only, I don't have the ability to switch bulbs/light times, the biggest determining factor is my ballast is HPS only. Anyway, this question is for you Oriah. I wanted to be able to veg outside of the tent and put it in when ready, do you think this setup would work well? I figure because the canopy gets trained horizontally, I shouldn't need much penetration. I'll be using "Y" connectors to have two bulbs in each reflector, could also add more clamp lights if need be. When the canopy is full I'll move it under a 400w HPS. PS...once I figure out how to give rep, I'll give you some for the idea to use ring terminal clamps to hold the wire in place.

Hey man, i run HPS only ballasts as well, but with a CMH bulb. Great bulb, great spectrum, uvb's, and good for veg AND flower, both in a HPS only ballast.

I have been high as fuck lately.... ....
... i had a bunch of bags of trim in the freeze..., Vortex, Chernobyl, JillyBean, Sour OG, GDP, ... Decided to make RSO with all of it, and it worked out perfectly. Still going to make some candy with it and the Chernobyl Coco-Oil... I wanted to order some Organic Flavors for the candies first though.. But i got a lot of the RSO, so i dried a little out as much as i could, and been in my hash pipe for a few days. SUPER tasty CRAZY stoney fresh

Hey did you see my Mainlined Misty? What do you think home slice? not TOO bad from clone and my first time.
I know i can do better next time though. But im going to Mainline the Vortex x Ace bean that just popped, as well as a clone of Cheesequake.
Any tips you can ever give me man, id LOVE to hear them. Would super appreciate it.
And that gos for all my Nerd homeys out there.

Not to discredit your amazing grow, but a true scrog will have a rigid screen, with small holes. A loose, flexible screen does nothing in SCRoG terms, it only holds up the buds for when they are heavy and want to fall over. A true scrog screen will be rigid to control height, and to distribute the growth tips of the plant evenly.
Next problem is how do you find a giant screen to use for scrog? thats what I always run into, so I just grow bushes now. But if I wanted to grow a scrog on a 1kw, i would definitely get a rigid screen. more rigid than chicken wire, or a trellis, for sure.
EDIT: just noticing that you DO have a rigid screen under that thick ass canopy of buds!

hey bro, what were the yields on the cherns?.....mine is looking solid medium....but wait till you see this bitch...she is special...looks quite a bit different than yours.....yours looks pretty dank by the way....mine is lime/candy, cherry, citrus too......incredible.
