Neither, they look at their books and see if they have the capital to sustain expansion!

he of the neon yellow twigs claims that employers do not look at demand for their product before making a hiring decision.

It's not quite that simple. If you need to put on a second shift, you do it. If you don't have the capital to finance it you borrow.

Right. We're easy. Just being here proves we're uppity and don't know our place. Man you are one fucking bigot.

thanks for also pointing out that beennowhere also has no idea why businesses decide to hire.

would you also care to inform him as to what happens after the leaves fall off the trees in the autumn? beennowhere is under the impression that they don't turn brown and die. perhaps you can straighten that out.

Usually when leaves are cut from plants they dry green unless you are some sort of dirty shithead that lets cat shit and piss hang out in the same room as drying plants...

Then they might turn brown from the ammonia...

i wonder why people talk about the crunch of an autumn leaf underfoot.

it must be because leaves stay green and non-crunchy once they are removed from the plant.

go ahead, take your time baby boo.
This is the info from that link in it's entirety:

The President's Budget for Fiscal Year 2013

We now face a make-or-break moment for the middle class and those trying to reach it. After decades of eroding middle-class security as those at the very top saw their incomes rise as never before and after a historic recession that plunged our economy into a crisis from which we are still fighting to recover, it is time to construct an economy that is built to last.
The President’s 2013 Budget is built around the idea that our country does best when everyone gets a fair shot, does their fair share, and plays by the same rules. We must transform our economy from one focused on speculating, spending, and borrowing to one constructed on the solid foundation of educating, innovating, and building. That begins with putting the Nation on a path to living within our means – by cutting wasteful spending, asking all Americans to shoulder their fair share, and making tough choices on some things we cannot afford, while keeping the investments we need to grow the economy and create jobs. The Budget targets scarce federal resources to the areas critical to growing the economy and restoring middle-class security: education and skills for American workers, innovation and research and development, clean energy, and infrastructure.
The Budget is a blueprint for how we can rebuild an economy where hard work pays off and responsibility is rewarded.

In 2012 O's "proposed budget" received ZERO votes in the Democratic controlled Senate. How is it this country has had no budget for years ...
