Those state leaders must be making shit up.
is it too much for me to ask you to support your claims with evidence?

or do you not have any clear evidence?

c'mon, just give me some examples. so far everyone else i've asked has blanked me on the critical issue of actual evidence.

Hundreds of dispensaries closed since the oct 7th 2011 crackdown in california alone. If you dont know this i dont know what to tell you. all of which in state law accordance and many open for 10 years or more and close contributors to the community, you obviously didnt watch the congressional hearing in the video i posted. These state leaders are all lying and making shit up.:dunce:

since when does smoking cannabis and favoring cannabis decriminalization make one a hypocrite?

tryingtogrow smokes cannabis and favors decriminalization, is he a hypocrite?

i don't know why anyone would favor decriminalization over re-legalization, so i think obama is retarded for that view. i can understand why tringtogrow favors decriminalization, it's so he can keep slinging his overpriced $400 ounces.

i don't take in too much fluoride, so i'm aware of this fact. that they are getting busted is not in question, the question is whether or not they are fully compliant with state laws.

just because they are contributing to the community doesn't mean the operators are being compliant with california state laws regarding how non-profits may operate.

so are you afraid to back up your claims with evidence, or do you just not have any evidence?

also, fluoride.

Id say the burden of proof is more on you to back up you claiming that those state leaders are making shit up.
no one is going to watch a 45 minute video just to further prove that you are lacking evidence.

why don't you just cite the relevant part where they name proven cases of fully state compliant growers being busted by the feds. give me a time stamp. it's a 45 minute video FFS.

how'd cloning go? what method you using?

The bill comes as the administration has unleashed an interagency crackdown on the cannabis industry, with more than 100 raids, primarily on California pot dispensaries, many of them operating in full compliance with state laws.

But over the past year, the Obama administration has quietly unleashed a multiagency crackdown on medical cannabis that goes far beyond anything undertaken by George W. Bush. The feds are busting growers who operate in full compliance with state laws, vowing to seize the property of anyone who dares to even rent to legal pot dispensaries, and threatening to imprison state employees responsible for regulating medical marijuana.
I could keep going....the feds are fucking people over, compliant or not. Why do you think congress wants to halt DEA funding? Because they're wasting money busting people in full compliance with state law. I personally know 4 collective owners that were shut down, and they were in FULL compliance with the state laws. The DEA's only argument is that MJ is still federally illegal.

Yeah, not sure about the east side, but the west side of the evergreen took a huge hit last year, collectives straight disappeared... Looks like new ones are on the rise but it has been a bitch.

It's impossible for any dispensary or supplier to dispensaries to be "Fully compliant with state laws" as the state laws are currently fucked up.

There is currently no mechanism or system to set up or regulate dispensaries or their suppliers. The only way to be "fully compliant with state laws" is to have a written recommendation from a physician, recorded in a state registry (which was mandated under 215, but has not been established yet) and cultivate your own, limiting your cannabis growing to "8 ounces of dried material" and the strangely worded "12 mature and/or 6 mature plants" No guidelines are provided as to when a plant is considered mature. When it is ready to flower? When it has begun to flower? When it is ready for harvest? are rooted cuttings from an established plant considered mature or immature? are seeds considered immature plants? what about male plants? how many seeds can you legally possess? Does ordering seeds through the mail make you a felon? does fertilizing a plant to create seeds count towards you total allowed number of plants? does the weight of seeds count towards your allowed "8 ounces of dried material" What about persons too sick or otherwise unable to grow? What is a "caregiver" under the law? Can a friend with a green thumb grow for you if you have no talent for cultivation? Can you hire a professional cannabis gardener to cultivate your plants for you in your own home or on your property?

the law and precedent situation is all fucked up, and really impossible to comply with, especially in the legal grey area of dispensaries and suppliers which are not prohibited, but also not specifically allowed.
