plz and u should try to get bth of them directly over the top of the plant
Ok the other one is beneath kinda in the middle of the pot i just didnt want my plants to die because i heard that too much light can cause plants to die aswell. so i iwll position the other one on top

No need to take a pic of the light, but regardless of whether you think it is enough light, or I think it is enough light, the plant is telling you there isn't enough light...that could be one reason it keeps dropping the lower leaves...they just aren't getting light, because to tell ya the truth it doesn't look nute burnt to me...and I have burnt quite a few plants so far...but don't flush MG if you can help it it will only make overfeeding worse...you have to have a fan too...on my first grow I was like the plants aren't getting hot, I don't need a fan, but uhhhh yeah you really do need air hitting them...making them sway a little...makes your stems stronger and thicker...and the stronger and thicker the stems the better...Anyway you have to get more lights on the plants or they will forever continue being limbo seedling plants.

Ok so just to make sure im doing this right im going to bury the stems, those stems that the leaves already fell off ?
Sometimes i bury the first few sets of leaves now that I have done this enough to keep them...lol. They are just kinda reabsorbed back into the plant and the stem you planted will just transform into part of the roots...

I dont know who told u that but there is no such thing as too much light for a plant.
Jus think, if u were to put it outside under direct sunlight it would do fine and there is no way u can ever mimic the light of the sun

Dude i love u thankyou (no homo) so lights is my problem huh.. well i will siwtch my plants to new pots each so they will be spearate. To be honest the light almost shines to my living room its so bright but maybe i just havent position them correctly. Yes i flushed MG potting mix now it looks like a swamp i took some off do u recommend repotting like right now as we speak i have a huge bag of miracle grow. I will reppot and post new pics to see if i did it correctly i how much do u think i should put? and do i water before putting the plants or after? and i will bury the long stems. However it seems like nitrogen dificiency tough here i will take another pic of what i mean of the leaf yellow and green vein in the middle it could be because the MG has N,P,MG and everything? and i over did it with water?

You can do this, but it does take a little preparation, and like you that isn't really my "style"...so I have just collected things as I go along, but for real with what you are working with right now at this moment you will get nothing...and that is disheartening...there are lots of things you could buy that you don't need, but there are a lot of things that are needed to be successful. It doesn't take a whole lot...and alot can be made or rigged at home for less initial cost you still have to make sure you have enough light, air, and water at all times. Research is the best thing now.

I will share the link, that too much light could damage your lights because it said "not all the suns light goes to the plant, so yours shouldnt either"

LOL WAT , the reason the leaves r dropping off is from the nutes in the soil, its over feeding and why would u flush a seedlings soil, it would kill the thing almost instantly, and eric go ahead and post the pic of the other light b/c i vegged my seedling under 2 flouros as well

The issue is more that MG soils have a lot of nutes and everytime you water more are released, and the plant uses what it needs and then the rest sit there and eventually make the plant unable to use any nutrients so the next time you water it is even worse...so on and so forth Here is what I would do for real right now...take 3 solo cups and cut little triangles in the bottom or whatever hole you want...I just find 3 or 4 triangles are nice for the shape of the cup just along the bottom edge...If you can get any perlite do so vermiculite or perlite...super important for draining any pot...anyway add the dry soil to fill about half the cup and then scoop in one plant for each, and then add more dry soil on top ...then leave it alone...the super wet soil that got put in with your plants will wick away into the rest of the dry and your roots should figure it out for themselves...get a fan and make sure those babies are blowing around a little...I mean don't make them bend over, but make sure they are definitely moving, and then put those lights side by side and put them above the top leaves, as close as you can get them without touching the taller one...

I have a few plants in flower right now and they are killing off the smaller leaves that aren't getting light and they look just like that...just like somebody washed all the green out.

ok use neem oil as a pestiside spray it on ur plants all over even undersides of the leaves it makes it so bugs cant reproduce and kills all males. plus its all organic dont gata worry about smoking pesticides

Anyway wait to water until the cup is noticably light...you will know when. it will take awhile probably...anyway water until a little water runs out the bottom. This washes out some of the older unused nutes so they don't build up, and also washes the brunt of the nutes to the bottom of the pot/cup so the roots have to reach to find them...

Ok will do, really flushing will kill them instantly? well they are alive as we speak i think i will repot them and just cover the stems like he said and water just enough so that the nutrients wont kill it.. sounds like a plan?

He may be reffereing to light bleaching, which is heat related. Those flouros are probably putting out a maximum of 2000 lumens. They should run very cool. My metal halide pushes out 50,000 lumens for two plants and IMO it's still not enough. Make sure you are keeping them about 2" away from the top of your plants, they can handle it, trust me. Just keep a fan blowing air between the lights and the plant to remove any heat and strengthen the stems.

Like I said, I would wait till they bounce back a little so they can handle another transplant without stressing them to death. Once they get to that point, transplant into some better soil, without time released ferts.

...my 2 cents

Ok will do :) however the tall one is 10 inches long u sure this will work thankyou well i will try as we speak
