Attitude Seed Bank Is Scamming

Hello all. Just wanted to give a heads up that Tude is scamming people. I placed an order with them back on 11/3/11. I paid extra for the delivery assurance as I always do cause it clearly states they will resend the order for free if its not deleivered.

Well on Monday I contected Tude Customer service and was told to check with the post office and the people I live around. I did and nobody had it and my mail man doesnt remeber droping it off.

I contected them again and am now being told they will not re ship my order and basilcy too bad go fuck yourself.

So I have ordered in the past and a loyal and happy customer. The first time I have an issue they act like scumbags. They have lost me a customer for sure. If you wana keep useing them go for it. But I suggest you never pay for the assured shipping and delivery cause they WILL NOT honor it.

The only good thing about this is my credit union doesnt take this kinda shit and I will have my money back on Monday and Tude will be investagested for fraud.

ouch!!!sorry for your problem--doesnt really sound like them.i have delt with them a few times--once i had a damaged package and they replaced it plus extras --i did pay shipping again however i ordered a few more to make it worth while.i recomend to all my friends--did you call ?try again and ask for jodie--she helped me!!!

yah, that's exactly what it sounds like to me.. i can kind of understand both sides to the story on this one honestly... you can't really expect them to reship when the usps is saying it was delivered, and i don't blame the op for being pissed about not getting it either...
it's one of those fucked up situations that arise every now and again..
the shipping is really only good for if customs snags your order or w/e, if the usps says it was delivered, i guess the attitude feels like they did their part...

I heard a lot of bad things about tude, i suggest trying the site i went to, they have a huge variety of seeds, pretty detailed description and they werent too bad with prices

what bad things have you heard about the tude?? i use them all of the time.. my second to last order, they sent me the wrong beans, emailed them and they are taking care of it now for me.. couldn't have worked out better for me honestly, and it's got to be well over my 50th order or so from them and my first issue ever..

really, i've never once been dissapointed with the attitude! ...you might be hearing bad things about the attitude, because rarely does someone get on like "aw, yeah...ordered some seeds! got em!" you know? attitude has a great reputation, and a massive inventory...never been fucked yet, always got my order, and they're always quality fems...

the fact that the attitude has been around for so long, and has been a sponsor here at RIU for so long, speaks more volumes than any one review on them

Sounds like your order was lost in the mail...just happened to me from a different continent/breeder. Good thing you didn't mail cash...I did.

thats why i use nirvana. the one issue i had (sees didnt germ. 1 out of 10 did) they sent me a NEW pack FREE of charge. shipping included! that is customer service to a "T". no questions asked.

I mean its not that bad of things but ive had friends just say theyre un-organized, or they never get the right thing the first time. Ive never heard of what this guy has went through but just that they arent as consistant as they could be. Im not saying that the company is bad but ive just had a better experience with single seed centre

I do agree with ya though, people i think expect too much from these companies theyre first time, its not like the seeds have any real way of define which strain it is, so im sure the wrong seed occasionally slips into the wrong bag. I thought it was kinda cool how they shipped me the baggies in a dvd case, i like how they incormperate the stealth aspect into theyre packages

Nowhere in the OP does it state it's been recorded as delivered by the postal company. In fact it more hints at the opposite being the mailman doesn't recall dropping it off. So as said, check the tracking, see what the status is, if it is delivered, then yeah, might be hard to get a replacement, but if it is undelivered as it sounds it should be, then the OP has every legal right to obtain a refund or replacement. I do not think for a second that attitude have told you to bugger off if the package has not been recorded as delivered to the postal address.

There's a side of this that needs to be brought to light. Why not share the email exchange with us?

And lol BigSmoke, first 2 posts on the forum are putting out negative remarks about attitude based on vague anecdotal evidence and promoting an alternative

You know what I find comical?, I can make one phone call and obtain every illegal drug known to man...yet we have to jump through hoops here in the US to get fuckin' harmless beans.

With respect to Attitude, I didn't order from them only b/c they are a re-seller...but the positive customer reviews I have read here far outweigh the negative ones.

Sannies and Nirvana FTW! Everybody rides the Attitude's cock. Probably because every page on every weed forum has like 12 of their ads. They are paying $$$$$$$$$$ to advertise, they are Walmart equivalent of a seed bank without the great prices. Can't complain if your seeds suck, have to pay like $50 bucks for shipping to get it guaranteed; if something goes wrong they tell you to fuck off.

I got my TGA seeds, I NEVER need to order from attitude again.
