I'm hopin I get a cherry bubba pheno from by immortal flowers pre98 bubba bxs. He did a bx but used a deep purple instead of space queen. I guess the "cherry kush" pheno is rare, I'm sure it will be a lot more prevalent with sq tho.

Are you familiar with supernatural from immortal flowers sub? He works with a lot of your strains.

Can't wait to see this one!

I think that is the idea. Every tongue is different. Even though sub is award winning and has a legion of followers that enjoy his strains ( im on the latter--I enjoy a lot of his crosses) does not mean every one of his strains are not subjective. They are very subjective due to the fact that everyone's palate is different. I think that is as fair as a truth as you can get with anyone's gear...whether its subcool or your neighbor down the road.

Im glad sub stops at landraces. He has a good thing going, no need to ruin it.

I bought 250 seeds from the hands of shantibaba in Switzerland...They were land race genetics from Dakar. Which is extremely rare. Dakar is like china, they will hang you for a seed, literally. Never again will I ask anyone for any land race whatevers. It just aint worth the trouble and headache. Shantibaba is a very honorable and honest person. I have worked many strains and I still test beans for him....however,....I dont fuck with landraces...I leave that to the pro...I think hes a king now or something....Arjan? yeah sounds about right :)

Hey Sub I'm in for the ride. I have complete faith in the fact that it won't be available to the general public until it's got the Subcool stamp o approval. Gonna be fun to watch. Killer pics BTW she looks yummy!

I do hate the taste of Kush's thats why I am working the strain.
A Kush is a Kush because it originates from the Kush Valley simple. The taste and smell are very distinctive.
Work land races if you want I dont drive a model A and I am not going back in time 100 years in breeding, the argument is old and stale and people that type it have never germinated any land race beans if they had they would know its a genetic mess.
How do I know this I have started thousands of land race seeds :)

Well i personally love the ways kushes smell, taste, grow, and the potent strong high you get from them. I think its awesome that your finally perfecting a kush in the way you see fit (besides plushbery).

Your definetly gonna have a lot of people in Cali dying for some Cherry Bubba.

You got this customer sold on a ten pack at the least.

Good luck and i hope you decide to stick with it. If anything your gonna make a fuckload of $ loot $ in Cali alone. The kush capital of the world.

This is gonna be goooooood. :)

Personally, the real deal Bubba is the only mainstream "kush" that does it for me. OG and her kin have never impressed me to be honest, and I've had some nicely grown samples.

But the Bubba? yes, please. I love the coffee aroma/taste. Maybe this one will taste like a Cherry Latte'? lol, only time will tell. Sign me up for three packs.

Well that would probably be because OG has absolutely no "kush" in it, everyone calls it OG kush, its not a kush, its just OG thats it... fuckin all these asswipes releasing OG this or OG that are not true OG's. for example diablo og, not a true og, fire og, not a true og, abusive og, not a true og, i dont know why they fuckin call them OG's just call em what they are, Fire, Diablo, and Abusive, throwin OG on the end of the name is a total sales scam. There is only one real OG. Good luck finding the cut, its out there but very rare.

I have been to the Kush valley on a few occasions FYI and I gained a great deal of knowledge in doing so.
I live and die my terpine profiles and what I know as the Kush terpine profile is very distinctive and hard to forget.

so what does ^^ refer to Og being a kush? Because i know for a fact bubba kush is a real kush. OG however is not unless you have some info you would like to share that the rest of us are unaware of. If you got pics of the terpine profiles of bubba and OG right next to each other in a side by side i would LOVE to see it, because i was always under the impression from the years of research i did on OG that it was NOT a kush and anyone who said it was a KUSH didnt really have the real deal OG cut.

Not sayin this info couldnt be wrong, im just trying to clarify now ;)

Have you ever been to the Kabul Valley?
Its a very hostile place and I certainly wouldn't go there now for any reason.
Even 15 years ago we faced Rebels with AK-47's because they thought we might be heroin smugglers if we had been Id be dead now.
Traveling through the Khyber Pass is a life changing event BTW we were on a search for the famed Black Kyber

The word Kush BTW means Slaughter or Carnage or to Kill.

I have no idea of all the diff Kushes that circulate in the states these days but I can smell a Kush instantly as I mentioned the smell and taste is un forgettable.
Of the 20 or so we have collected the Bubba is my favorite.

I thought terpine profile meant how it smells not how it looks but I dunno much

ok sub that still didnt answer my question and no i have not ever been i dont see how thats relevant unless your saying that you saw OG over there and that it was native. Is that the case? i was just curious if you had some unknown info, ive researched OG extensively in the states in person, and on the internet as well. All the credible information i can find on OG says that it most def is NOT a kush, its a hybrid, a sativa dominant hybrid at that. Bubba is by far my favorite kush, BESIDES, somthing that was goin around cali about 8-10 years ago that was just bein called KUSH no name in front or behind, just KUSH, havnt had anything kush since that had that flavor, the closest has been pre 98 bubba. We know thats a kush for sure.

Sub said it SOO TRUE. It is Kush because it comes from the kush valley. When you have had some REAL KUSH you never forget it.

terpine profile refers to the size of the ball generally on top of the trichome. Indicas and sativas look drastically different you wouldn't know this unless you been scopin buds for years, not many people catch that unless they been growin for a very long time.

......so are you saying og is a kush or what? Cuz i really beg to differ and right now i think subs the only one in here who can accurately prove that wrong if its even wrong at all.

Not trying to start an argument just trying to get clarification on somthing from someone who has had the "pleasure" we'll call it of visiting the middle east and lookin for kush. This is the whole reason im continuing this question, as sub has yet to be clear if he knows if OG is actually a kush or not. I mention this also because its a HUGE misnomer in the medical community. You ever go to a clinic and they have OG listed under Indica.... So wrong... OG is sativa dominant... why do people not know this, Og is seriously the most overrated, and misunderstood strain on the face of the planet.

Terpine profiles refer to smell and taste, Lemonene is a Terpine most associated with African strains and is known for its pain killing properties.

IMO the Abusive cut came from that same part of the world.
To me this is like arguing weather and Orange is an Orange or not we know what fruit it is because of its looks and smell.
To me a Kush is the same thing I have seen field of cannabis and you could smell them from a few hundred yards away.
To me it smells like grape earth and pepper corns.

In Israel everything is hash or decent grade kush a lot of times and it always seems peppery. We get a lot of pakistani hash too. That is when I am there( travel every year and stay with fam)...

I never encountered a OG in CA OR CO that did remind me of any kush I smoked back in the M.E. IMO.

yea pretty much every kush i have ever smoked had a hint of pepperyness of earthiness to it sometimes with a nice mix of other flavors as well but always a main taste of earth or pepper.

Maybe a stupid q but im too lazy to search as i need to burn one right now, is bud illeagal over there or can you just burn away?
