The pot might be small but it is a form of stress called "forcing" it tends to produce larger buds. what I see is lack of light, possable over watering due to the dark green leaf. water when the pot gets light in weight. stick to a schedual veg for 4 weeks then switch to 12 on 12 off for 8 weeks and switch ferts to match. RH is best around 42-55%. have plenty of air flow and fresh air intake or co2 enriched. It looks like you have been folier feeding or spraying it. that will make it droop by the weight of the water. DON'T do drastic watering to try to give it something. A lot of times LESS is BETTER!! Fix the light, Get more air flow, temp not over 78 deg F, RH 42-55 .......good luck

It's definitely root issues either root bound or over watering and the roots are damage.
Let'em dry out real good and the next time you water pop it out of the pot and check the
roots if you see a lot of roots it's root bound or if real dark you have root rot!
