You can flower your plants at any age but...

1 - I wouldn't do that until they are atleast 1 month old
2 - They won't start to truly flower until they are mature enough

also I would remove the back feed valve or w/e it is that you have hooked up to your air pump because that will damage it over time just have the air pump raised up higher then the pots and it shouldn't draw any water into the air pump.

1 thing that I find that makes any plant's root mass grow fast is B-1 Thrive. I use it on really picky house plants of mine and I find it works better then a weak does of 20-20-20 and I have also noticed the plants that haven't grown much in 1 year grow more in half the time and I haven't used any thing else besides B-1 Thrive

looking to have a debate on flushing and what effects it may have on flavor. ok to start off i smoked a bud of mine just dried not cured, sticky icky strong kush type flavor. there wasnt any fireworks (beavers) word. burned nicely and the ash was grey. i also smoked some of a friends who used a clearex for a few days and then distilled water for a week. it kinda tasted like it was supposed to be good smoke but the flav seemed kinda washed away...? how do i put this..do u think that a long flush does just that, Flush. and flush everything. i have been learning about organic chem a bit a and if im reading correctly the esters and terpenes can be literally purified which i think would wash away flavor..i would really love to be set str8 b4 i flush because at this point i think im only going to flush a few days seeing how everything in dwc is sped up so much, i mean 3 months on average to finish a plant...vs a season outdoors...it got me thinking. peeeaaace

I hear what you are saying Dickson.. I used FloraKleen by GH for 7 days then straight R/O water ..The taste isnt there , but some med growers I know say that White Russian doesnt carry much of a taste.

I think a good flush is the way to go as it really helps keep things clean while being smoked. While
your bud might have been a good smoke with lots of flavor, it's not to say that your flush will give
you that bland flavor of his bud it could make things even better! If anything I'd say take some
down with low or no flush for comparison and then flush the rest, give them both good cures and
see if you can tell a difference.

Different systems/strains will give you totally different buds as I've seen giving cuts to friends, their
nutes can also really change things as well. I like to harvest a bit of each myself as some friends are
very anal about flush and some are not so I wanna make sure I have some for both parties to make
them happy. The important thing is to make sure there's no heavy metals still in the buds that will
create those "fireworks" and give to a really harsh smoke.

I have found that using flora kleen every 2 weeks before nute change out for a few hours helps to make
sure the buds stay relatively clean and free of any harsh buildups for early pulls and can even make it
so you can get away with shorter flushing times at the end with acceptable results.
