i actually agree with you...men and women ARE different. but the lily leadbetter fair pay act gives women who have been pay discriminated AT THE SAME JOB as their male counterpart more time to seek justice for any pay discrimination they faced.
but i forgot, you turn this one into a statute of limitations argument (which it is not based on how the bill works) and then say you only support longer statute of limitations on murder.

what i was getting at is that dropping someone who has paid their premiums for years and years and years based on any conceivable technicality once they get sick, or even before, is EVIL.

i never said anything about bankrupting coal, what you say is a 'manufactured' case for cimate change, or the competitiveness of alternative energy.
what i was referring to was the part of the american recovery and reinvestment act that basically turned the dept of energy into what is more or less a large venture capital fund for making smarter, alternative energies more viable within our lifetimes (while leveraging those evil private sector dollars at a nifty rate, to boot).

No one is saying they can't because the Constitution says they can. What many are saying is they should give our sensibilities the same consideration they demand from us.
all they 'demand' is to be treated fairly, like normal human beings who want to worship peacefully. treating all muslims as terrorists and saying they
