He/someone in his crew filed a false police report which is illegal...I just don't know how that can command getting a warrant out against you. Which ever judge issued that warrant must have been pissed barry made a mockery of the law. Then again this did happen in Texas...in a small town with nothing better to do.

What they don't realize is that he WANTS to get arrested. That is how he gains a voice / legitimacy. Now he can make the cable news circuit. It makes people realize the abuse of power when someone turns in a bad cop and a judge issues a search warrant for a false police report as retribution.

None of us would have heard about this story if the officer that stole the money was reprimanded appropriately for his actions.
