Probably never.
For the person who would love to grow but get's stoned everyday and types on RIU all day:
Maybe sometime in the next 5 years.
For the person who gets stoned all day and lives with their parents and wants to start a set up in their closet with their parents not knowing:
2-4 years.
For the person who gets stoned all day, doesn't have a job but would like to start a grow op in a cardboard box.
1-2 years.
For the person who gets stoned all day, has a job, but just can't seem to get the hang of it.
