Does Anyone Know How To Program an EVC-2 Sentinel Controller?

Can anyone help me program/hook-up my sentinel evc-2 controller that i have just acquired! I specifically need to know how to set up the intake and exhaust fans as well as my dehumidifier.

I would really appreciate the help as i have never used anything like this before.
