It means it has only grown its first set of leaves.... Purplish stems could be due to the plant being cold, or genetics... What strain is he;-) growing?

If the plant has more than 1set of 1 fingered leaves it could be a deformity in that seed

how old is it also how tall and big is it if its just sprouted out of the soil dont worry about it its perfectly normal aslo the stem may change a few diffrent colours mine did on both groes, make sure you keep a fan blowing on the stem to keep it strong

yeah these plants are like over 3 weeks into flower about 2.5 feet tall.
I was thinkin the purplish stems could represent a phosphorous deficiancy or excess.. I cant remember from OG (its been a while)
The thing I find odd is the plants where grown from CLONE and 3 out of 6 have the single leaved leaves and they also are a bit twisted.
however its possible this is from the fan or from them growing towards the light and him moving them making it look unnatural.
however, I think i remember somethin on OG about single fingered leaves having something to do with humididty?
Anyone know?

You get single fan leaves when you take clones from a flowering plant. They should of grown out of that and newer growth will be like 3 fan leaves, then 5, then 7 etc... You can also get large single leaf growth from over fertilizing your plants with too much Nitrogen. Since "your friends" plants are 3 weeks into flowering, are these single fan leaves new growth or were they old leaves from when he took the clones. Does "your friend" have any pictures?

Sorry to hear that. Me and my wife have a very loving relationship. We have hallway sex nightly. Everytime we walk past each other in the hall, she tells me to "fuck off".
