Vent help with new grow room

Hello, everyone! I'm looking for some help with setting up a 6x6 grow room in my garage. It's an isolated and drywalled space, and I plan to run an exhaust fan with a carbon filter and an intake fan. The challenge is that the garage doesn't have heating, and I'm concerned about cold air coming in through the vents when the fans are off. I'm seeking suggestions on how to have the vents open when the fans are on and closed when they're off.

Are you running LEDs or HIDs?

You could maybe hook up exhaust tubing to your intake fan and pull air from the ceiling to get the warmest air available?
Hmm not to bad an idea I thibk the room will have no prob heating the air but a 4 inch hole letting winter air in the whole time would be hard why I was trying to find some vents the would close and open with fan

I have this on my exhaust duct and it’s worked perfectly. No backflow for me though my fans run @ at their lowest setting while at rest. Previously, it definitely came though on colder days.

The Ac-Infinity duct damper unit.
Would you say they are effective at keeping out bugs and cold air if the fan is off? I'm currently looking for an option for my exhaust. I have a 6" duct out the wall and have to keep my fan on 24/7 just to keep stuff outside that's supposed to be outside.
