It looks like a ton of tiny white hairs. It looks much different than any other growth. I could be wrong though.

Most of my plant when they first start to flower only have the white pistils coming out right beside the internodes.

I saw the first signs of sexing 12 days into my flowering peroid , couldn't tell until well after the two week mark. Be paient, and good luck

Sadly I think I see what looks to be more like balls than anything. I'll try to get a decent pic and you guys can help me.

Here are a few pics. I know my camera is a POS but they're as good as they are gonna get. You can see where I moved some leaves out of the way what appears to be a ball or two. I can't see any pistols anywhere, by eye at least.

Yep, you are 100% correct. That Camera is a POS. I took a magnifying glass and put it up to my camera lens and took close ups. it takes like 4-5 photos to get the correct distance, but it worked very well. try that.
